Breakpoint table v. 8.0 published

The final versions (Norwegian and Swedish) of the NordicAST breakpoint table v. 8.0 are now available.
The following changes from the preliminary versions v. 7.0 have been made:
- Links to the dosage table have been added, where applicable (tables Enterobacterales, Pseudomonas, Stenotrophomonas, Acinetobacter, Staphylococci, S. pneumoniae).
- New taxonomy "Enterobacterales" also applied to flow charts.
