Minor corrections have been made in the breakpoint tables (republished 31.01.23):
In the heading for «Content» and «Dosing» the date was wrong and is now corrected for all three languages.
Additionally, the last word in the rifampicin comment for viridans streptococci has been corrected in the Swedish version.
