Updated list for EDL broth microdilution service

The standard panel Enterobacteriaceae for broth microdilution at EUCAST Development Laboratory (EDL) has been updated.
Changes:
- Temocillin and cefixime added.
- Cefadroxil and fosfomycin removed (broth microdilution does not give reliable results for fosfomycin).
