Every year NordicAST arranges a workshop. The workshop is open for people working in clinical microbiology in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) and representatives from the industry contributing to the work of NordicAST. The NordicAST workshop 2019 was held in Gothenburg 28.-29. May at Hotell 11.
In the 2019 workshop, all presentations were held in English. However, discussion from the participants may be presented in the Scandinavian languages, and questions and comments are allowed in any of the Nordic languages. If you have any suggestions for the Scientific program, poster presentations or case reports to present we are happy to hear from you.

The 2020 Workshop will be held May 19-20th at Hotel 11, Göteborg.

We have an important announcement to make about the NordicAST Workshop 2020, relating to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to travel restrictions and prohibition of organising public meetings in all the Nordic countries we are sad to announce that the NordicAST Workshop 2020 has been cancelled. We are already planning for the 2021 Workshop, and we may also have other possible educational activities during the autumn, if the situation regarding the pandemic improves.
We thank you all for your continued support of NordicAST and hope to stay in touch with you during the year, and to be able to meet in person in May 2021.
